Leadership

The voice of the studio.

Henry C. Ugbogu

Founder & Creative Director, 2D

Henry founded the 2D studio to give founders, marketing teams and corporate entities brand systems as durable as the businesses they represent. Eleven years on, he still leads the typographic decisions on every flagship project. Off-hours, he sets type for the studio's annual broadsheet.

Amara Nwosu

Senior Brand Designer

Identity systems for Nâcham, Bliss Health, three hospitality groups. Amara treats a brand guideline like a constitution — strict, readable, durable.

Sofia Reyes

Editorial & Typography Lead

Sofia sets the studio's typographic standard. She came up through magazine design in Mexico City and still cuts her own display fonts by hand.

Tunde Bakare

Motion & Illustration

Animated logos, brand films, illustration systems. Tunde's motion work is the reason our static brands feel alive on social.

Lena Osei

Brand Designer

Packaging, layout, the studio's own collateral. Lena has a habit of finding the one grid that fixes everything.

Rohan Mehta

Art Director

Concept work, art direction, the studio's visual standards. Rohan joined from Toronto and brought a sharper editorial eye with him.

Esther Kamga

Production Designer

Print-ready, die-line-correct, press-passable. Esther turns rough concepts into files the press room can run without a phone call.

Jonas Iversen

Strategy & Positioning

The strategist who turns "we sell insurance" into a brand promise a customer can remember. Jonas writes the briefs we all end up quoting.

Nia Koné

Packaging & Environmental Design

Structural packaging, die-lines, shelf-ready artwork. Nia's the reason our products look as considered on a bodega shelf as they do on a billboard.

How we work

Three rules, no exceptions.

01

A brand is a system, not a logo.

If the lockup only works at one size on one background, it isn't a system. We deliver marks, grids, type rules, color logic, voice — the whole architecture.

02

Print and screen are the same discipline.

CMYK conversion, paper stock, ink limits, accessibility contrast — we design for every surface the mark will live on, not the one we delivered on.

03

Guidelines are tools, not trophies.

A guideline that sits on a shelf is a brand that drifts. Ours are built for the team that has to use them — the marketing manager, the agency, the printer.

Build a brand that lasts.
